Breath Work Ceremony

Conscious Connected Breathwork Session , to help release stored emotion, regulate the nervous system, and open space for clarity and renewal

Waist Bead Ceremony

A sacred adournment ritual symbolizing intention, embodiment and a deeper connect to your feminine energy. Every participant will select beads of their choice and will step into a space of creativity. We will create our beads collectively. Bead will be blessed and placed one in ceremony .

Plant and Flower Bath

Immersive experiences using herbal infusion and florals to cleanse, soothe and awaken your senses.

Fire Ceremony

A supportive space to be seen, heard and held, exactly as you are.

Journal Inquiries

Guided prompts to support reflection, emotional processing and deeper self- awareness throughout your journey.

Moments of Silence

Intentional moments of silence woven into the experience, allowing space for integration, inner listening and stillness.

Water Ceremony

We will travel together to a near by water source to be in ceremony.

‍ ‍ Timmie Larode

Timmie Larode is a ceremonialist and trained Tabaquera, born in Trinidad and Tobago, coming from a lineage of medicine women—her mother and grandmother were village healers, and her own path began in the womb with her mother’s sacred tobacco prayers. Over the past four years, she has traveled the world—from New York to Ireland, Portugal to Peru—training in plant medicine and deepening her work under the Manmancunawa lineage, rooted in the Amazon jungle. Through ceremonies and dietas with master plants and tobacco, Timmie brings clarity, dissolves confusion, and creates connection to spirit via the dream space while supporting the release of deep-rooted trauma. She also carries this grounded presence into her work as a doula, guiding families through the sacred transition of birth. Her deepest medicine is one of presence, creating space for others to fully arrive in theirs.

‍ Jennifer Phipps

A devoted   Medicine Woman and Incan Paqo apprentice, dedicated to guiding others through ancient healing traditions and spiritual awakening, rooted in the wisdom of the Andes and North American medicine, her work bridges ancestral knowledge with modern consciousness, offering pathways to deep transformation and self-discovery.

She holds women’s retreats that honor the cycles of nature, sisterhood, and the divine feminine, creating sacred spaces for healing, empowerment, and renewal.

Through ceremony, ritual, and earth based practices she invites participants to reconnect with their inner truth and the spirit  of the natural  world. Her mission is to help others remember their innate power, awaken  their inner healer, and walk the path of harmony with  earth and spirit.
