Pre-Ceremony Guidelines
Abstain from alcohol, meat, processed foods, stimulants, marijuana, and any sexual activity for at least three days before the ceremony.
Inform Timmie of any medications or recent medical treatments.
On the day of the ceremony, eat light and stay hydrated. Fast from 2pm except for water.
Plant Diets
Plant diets create a bond with plant spirits, offering healing and knowledge as they become your ally in the process of communing with each plant’s spirit.
Different master plants or trees are used alongside tobacco.
These diets involve light food, rest, and avoidance of sexual stimulation, allowing for deep detoxification and opening of spiritual channels as the process unfolds in solitude.

Timmie has been trained extensively to facilitate tobacco dietas and tobacco healing ceremonies.
Ceremonies or dieta can be extended for eight or more days. Multiple ceremonies may be recommended by Timmie.
